Lol so true as far as looks go. I'm always thinking okay they look aggressive but they also look like they were cooked up for a work truck. The BFG are hideous imo

Yeah, my cousin has them in a 35 on his 1500 and swears by them even though they wear just as fast on his truck. with his 6in lift they also sound quiet, I think it's because we are closer to the tires with our trucks.. unless you also have a 6in lol but with my 3in they are horrendous even he is like wow.. and don't get me wrong offroad they do great, never let me down, but they are stupid heavy for our trucks and since putting them on I have had all kinds of parts start to wear out which could be time, but I am also not leaving their weight out as a possible cause. our buddy with a JK feels the same way I do about them and is looking for something else.

Came from Nitto Trail Grapplers and these are a far better all around tire

Oh yeah the trail grapplers were pretty loud compared to these. Night and day difference. The ST Maxx start to have a slight hum after you put some miles on them but for the agressiveness of the tread they're super quiet. In my opinion these are a great medium between an All terrain and a mud terrain. Also I had 265/70/17 trail grapplers and they weighed 66lbs or so per tire, while my ST Maxx are bigger (285/75/16) and they weight about 61lbs per tire.

Not sure, I ordered Duratracs once from Amazon prime but sent em back because I hated the tread pattern lol

Must be. I went from Michelin MS2 highway tires to Cooper ST Maxx and didn't really notice the sound difference.

What psi is everyone at? Just realized mine were at 45 when I noticed no wear on the outer lugs. Dropped them down to 35

Me and @bski22 both had the same issue. Tire shop set us at 47 pounds. I dropped to 38 and they're happy there.

Have yet to check my pressure. I should do that. Granted is about 30 degrees warmer now than when I had them put on!
