    Well, my arms are 16" cold, but they feel like they're 12". I have some of the biggest quads on a taller dude in the gym, but they feel small, too. I've already accepted that my limbs are gonna look small...however, my chest is puny compared to my shoulders, traps, and back. My strength isn't really that impressive for what I weigh either (benching ~315 @ 205 lbs). I need some synthol for my chest

    Mine blow out in the gooch area.

    0402161510.jpg my buddy has been using this. 400mg of caffeine too so comparable to mr. Hyde. If you guys might be interested in an alternative. My buddy did a full scoop of it and said he felt "like a Fucking gorilla" that's a direct quote. Also 19" arms. Never did hit 20". Stopped caring about arm size couple years back

    Nvm above post. It's 150mg of caffeine. It's brother "black onyx" is 400mg but thats for 2 scoops it says in the small print.. Mr Hyde still rains supreme it seems
