Did bad last night....real bad. My best friend and his fiancee (my wife's best friend) are having a wedding shower today so we were at their house getting ready for it last night. Setting up tables, laying pine straw, etc. Of course, we all had a few beers while doing this...Everything is all well and good until this bitch's mom shows up with a box of pepperoni pizza, which ranks about #4 on my all-time favorite foods list. I started off with one bite, which turned into one slice...not that bad really, but it showed that I have ZERO will-power. In total, I probably drank like 7-8 beers and had a slice of pizza...not all that bad.

Tonight is the actual shower, which I know is gonna be bad. I'm gonna eat low carb all day in preparation for what's to come. We're eating low country boil, which isn't really bad at all, but I foresee me drinking about 2 gallons of alcohol lol. Gonna try to do vodka/tonic to keep the calories down

There's no way your arms are only 12". I refuse to believe it!

    What an idiot

    Good luck

Lol. They're not. 16 during my bulk. Probably 15.5"-15.75 right now.

Sooooo...yesterday some buddies wanted to go eat and play ping pong and shoot the shit. So we went to a pizza buffet. 3 plates of food later, i probably consumed 10,000 calories b

I figured this was some fitness chick which would also be a good forearm workout. I love Dom

I mean I had 1 cheat meal for the week. Lol. Gotta stay sane, bro.

Also, had the displeasure of hanging out with a gym douche for a while last night. He's about 6', 250. Squats like 715, pulls over 6, don't know what his bench is. But he's a conceited asshole. He also does anything he can get his hands on. HGH, dbol, blood doping...name it and he's done it. But, at least he admits to it. You can tell anyway. Traps up to his ears and 22" arms.

Did shoulders, abs and forearms this morning...thanks for the motivation to do forearms, @PapaTaco!

    all 4 sets of 8-15:
    standing overhead db press
    standing db side raises
    standing db front raises
standing bent over db reverse flys
trap machine (?) shrugs...no idea what that machine is called, but it's great for traps, calves, and deadlifts (those who are on snapchat saw it)

Now it's time to prepare my liver for what's to come

samesies. We need to get on the Weatherford plan

For every cool gym dude, there's a dickhead...keeps balance in the world. Most "beasts" that I know are big gentle giants and super nice and helpful, but there are just as many tools who are so full of themselves and walk around with a false sense of entitlement. I hate that shit.
