Jason, when they did your axle truss, were the welds ran along the entire length? I'm having mine done now and dude said not to do all of it so the axle housing doesn't warp.

Where are your damn axle pics too. I've been looking through like 20 pages......

I welded it entirely, if done right there will be no warp. Have to go from top to bottom to allow heat and cool/contraction evenly.

Sweet man! And the bottom plate has the cutouts for the perches right? I put the top plate that has cuts on the far ends of the plate where the bottom plate the perch cuts are more towards the diff, hope that makes sense.

From none other than Relentless themselves.....

In spring under configuration yes. Bottom plate notched around perches, top with slots for U bolts to pass through

Good call, yes SUA. Right on. What perches do you use. I have Deaver f67s and bash plates.

Perches don't really matter. Buy whatever you want. I used Kartek with my old axle and all pro with my new one. I had to modify the shit out of the all pro ones to work right tho.

I use Currie u-bolt bash plates.

Yeah, I wasn't sure with the limited amount of room after that truss is on which perches would cause problems. I know I could always cut a bit out of that bottom plate but I'd rather not if avoidable.

Little late, but you should have probably set and tacked your perches before the truss. Won't hurt to trim the perches to make them fit and weld it to the truss too.
