I'm planning to get 6 inch lift from fabtech, but I don't know what size of tires and wheels should I pair with it? Is it good to have 6 inch lift though? Help me please...

6 inch lift, but I don't what will be the good size of tires and wheels though... and I was reading here some of the comments like having 6 inch is kinda bad for the truck, is it true? Budget? 4k maybe or maybe more than that, it depends...

I think he meant "What type of driving do you plan to do with the truck?" -- All on-road, rock climbing, mudding, etc.

I personally don't think the 6" lift even looks good and the higher the lift, the more work you'll have to do to make everything "right". A big thing is your drive shaft. You're putting it at an extreme angle, and may even have to extend it. I'm not too familiar with a 6" lift and front end components, but I'm thinking you'll have to at least drop the front differential.

For what you want to do, I'd say go for a 3" lift and 285 tires. You can get the look, the lift, and big tires. Judging by the description of where you'll be driving, I don't think you'll rub the 285s very much.
