@callaway If I had to guess, I would bet they are from 2015 or earlier model years. Slightly different. They do not have OEM black versions yet for 2016. Am I right @JorelsSuperman ?

That's weird, I don't have that problem. Sorry to hear that. Is there something it's sitting on that doesn't let it sit lower or have you tried mounting it on the brackets to line it up?

 

No, it's mounted on the brackets. It looks like it may be hitting the plastic grille. Did you have to shave anything down?

 

I have an SR5 Tacoma with v6 tow package and LED bed lights as the only options, I got it on March 13 for $28,700. So far I have bought some nice cheap off brand wheels and nitto terra grapplers for $1295 mounted and balanced, n fab predator steps for $330 (installed myself), front Toyota all weather mats for $61 and rear weathertech mat from my 07 Tacoma.

 

Nothing shaved down. Slipped right in and mounted them up perfectly. You might have to loosen the bolts on the bracket to the bumper bar on the drivers side to see if it drops a little. This is how mine sits.

 

Wtf!?! I don't get it

 

Did you tighten up the two bolts to the brackets on both sides before mounting the bar? If so just loosen it and then loosen slightly on the led bar and adjust the position to your liking, then tighten brackets first.

 

Bracket bolts going to the bumper are loose on both sides. It looks like it's hitting in the top left corner (well the right as well). Is this where yours sits?

Pretty close. Before I tightened the led bar to the bracket, I pointed it downwards a little.

 

Got the truck back after 1 week at the Dealership.

• Hood cross member came loose making the hood to flutter. They had to weld the brace to the hood and repaint.
• BSM sensor off angle

Question: They put a sticker on windshield for 5k oil change but dealer said they only top off the oil and change it at 10k...anyone run into this?

 

Sorry it's in the garage and kind of hard to tell but here's a close up of mine.

 

How hard was it to wire this LED bar in? What does the provided switch look like? My fingers are waiting to click checkout on the website, just need someone to talk me into taking on the install effort Thank you!

 

Dynamatted the entire rear wall and floor including compartments... sliced up hands and a bit of sticky on the carpet but went well.
