    I am not familiar with the shipping. Can you explain it for me? I assume I you sent it out and they call me to pick it up? I just have never had anything shipped like this before.

    It's commonly referred to as "Will Call". How it works is this:

    If you have a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift, I can ship it to that address.

    If not, we ship to the trucking companies terminal and they call you once it arrives, then you go pick it up. It's really no different than if a store called you to tell you a part is in.

    Doing one of these two options is the most cost effective option. If I were to send it to your door step, it would cost $100+ more because they send a truck with a lift gate which is extra and residential addresses I am charged extra.

    @Yodason and I just got our sliders today! Wow are these things built well! Picked them up at the dock, then took them straight to the powder coat place.

    Just installed Mobtown Sliders on my 2016 DC Offroad truck. You definitely need two people and a jack, or you'll have a heck of a time lining up the sliders. Don't completely tighten the first 3 bolts or the others are next to impossible to start. There is a control module on the drivers side where the over the frame clamp goes. Need to unbolt that module to get the slider to slide up on the frame. Don't forget to put a bolt through in that area separating the brake lines. There are numerous metal and plastic hole clamps that need to be freed. When putting the over the frame clamp in, you'll need to put the top bolts in before placing any other bolts on this clamp. If you don't, there is no room to put the upper right in with the clamp installed. The bolt all the way up front needs the washer with nut welded on needs to be in place prior to pusing the slider up on the frame. You have a small hole on the frame to maneuver the washer inside. I used a scribe through the slider to help slide it further up to place the bolt. Can be very challenging! The 4 dimples in the truck frame are your guide , as well as the hole for the cross member you took out prior to install. The passenger side is much easier due to no brakelines. There is two wire connection behind a plastic cover that needs removed. Have to figure out where I'll place those connctors. Look great once installed...heavy son of guns!20160409_181146.jpg

    You're correct in saying get a friend. I've installed many sets alone with a jack and jack stands, my feet, belly, maybe an elbow. But a second person is a thing of beauty. They look great!

    Yeah, there are little tricks to making life easy with install on these. I am going to spend some time to make a good install and write up. Thankfully all you guys are handy!

    Put Herb's on also. His bearing bolt was crossthreaded from the factory. Stripped the bolt coming out, the new bolt broke off the welded interior nut. Had to cut off the bolt head. Used a 2X2 square washer you supplied with a new blot, better than the original...a bear to get too. Very pleased, the drivers side is not for the faint at heart. The local powder coater did an excellent job! Still need to get with in the near future for the Recovery Bar. Excellent product, solid as a rock...you will get a work out.

    Home Depot run solved the bolt and nut issue. Forgot to also add you need to remove the gas tank cover to get to the pinching frame clamps. Plastic gas tank...who knew...need a plate to protect that for sure! Hummm...don't have a Mobtown shirt, sticker, or a fine adult beverage...lol!
