Fog light install

Anyone in the Gettysburg Pa or surrounding area willing to help with fog light install on a 2015 4cyl? It is not pre-wired and electrical is not my thing. Local shop wants 200 in labor. Can anyone beat that?

Dunno what your local dealer shop rate is, but for $200 I'd be DIY too.
