If your going to be doing some wheelin which i assume you are having a 4X4 don't do a body lift!Do a suspension upgrade!Body lifts are trouble and can cause potential problems!Honestly i'm not even sure if body lifts still exist or if any manufacture offers them!Good luck!

What is a lot of money?

Big tires cost more than a proper lift does.

They are out there. The general consensus is not to do more than 1 inch body lift on these trucks. There are a few around here who have them to fit crawl boxes more easily.

Your cheapest way to lift is a spacer lift. These are also not recommended for the changes thay make to suspension geometry. We all understand that you just poured a shitload of money into buying a truck. Modifying your suspension is not a place to save money. Do your research on here before making any modifications - there's a wealth of knowledge available, and this is the most asked question on this website.

For that matter, you can't fit a bigger tire with a 3" lift than you can with your truck at stock height, so keep your lift money and put it towards a set of 265/75/16s.

You'll gain just as much ground clearance without wasting money you don't have on bad ideas.

If you can't afford to mod, don't mod.
