Those wheels along with the cement color are ghastly. Also, the dual exhaust would look much better if they came out the rear (instead of out the rear-sides). As it is now, it's kind of hard to tell it even has it unless you go on both sides of it.

    That grill though...that I like.

Dislike. Too flashy, not enough proper offroad goodies. Just seeing that crappy spare tire/wheel and skid plates makes me think there was not much thought put into this.

I don't think I can find a single thing I dislike about this truck. Hopefully I can keep the car stock, except for the bucket if I go through with the purchase.

Im doing the exact same thing :D
Fun, fast car but I'm a little underwhelmed by the interior quality and the exterior styling. This generation WRX just never grew on me. It's missing something the older generations had. Just can't get past the "Corolla with a wing" looks.
I offroad WAY too much in my old '02 Tacoma and it's time for an upgrade.

For what little they seem to have done to the truck, I have to think one would get one just to say they have a Pro. Don't get me wrong, I fall comfortably into that category but for less money you could probably do the mechanical things they've done to this truck for less. I know a locker isn't cheap but wouldn't an ARB locker be better and not much more expensive? Like megatron pointed out, the lack of skid plates where skid plates should be?!? Makes you wonder if Toyota didn't build this as a mall crawler on steroids.

In any case, it's still a good looking package.

I actually really like the styling and interior of the car..but that's subjective. Already listed my STi on fleaBay and iwsti, so hopefully I get some bites in the next few weeks. My work is less than 1 mile from where I live, so I have no problem biking to work for a few months.

    nothing cool
Love it. If I had $40k sitting around I'd buy one. My truck is finally paid off in December. Having my truck and wife's van payments at the same time has sucked.

I'm hoping it's not more than 40k. My STi is paid off, so hopefully the sale of the STi and a little cash, this truck will be sitting in my driveway, come Fall.

On paper, I like the suspension upgrade. The leather is cool too. Beyond that I see them selling their three letters ; TRD, PRO. What a crock-of-shit.

The wheels are not in my taste. Are they supposed to look like chains or something?

I like the front skid plate. Is it a Toyota product? If not where can I get one?

My off road was 39,650 (didn't pay that) loaded without JBL. I'm sure it will be more than 40k. Not to mention if the dealer has a mark up on them.

Is it just me or do the 16's and 17's look like a Largemouth Bass?

You'd think theyd put something larger on to go with the lift.
