Exact reason why I got a snorkel. I have also got my filter wet from rain before I got one.

    The road to 35's continues...

Took off the front fenders today and realized the previous owner must have had an aftermarket intake, and replace it before he traded it in. as the intake tube is non-existent once through the passenger side wall... so:

-Re-routing the intake into the cowl tomorrow

    then:

-Cutting 3'' off the front fenders sometime next week
    -Hammering the pinch weld
    -Adjust castor
-CMC still needs to be done..

Question: Will the cab mount be structurally ok if it's cut, and then patched at a later date?

    Cheers.

Bit random but any idea why my steering wheel alignment would change while driving? Lol. I took a couple corners hard today and now my steering wheel is out of alignment. LCA bolts loose? Bad tie rod ends? Whole front end was just gone through like 4 times 5k miles ago.

    Yes
I had a similar issue and it was a bad steering rack. Pull your tie rod rack booties off or just slide them out of the way and see if you have any fluid leaking. Mine was really bad and the wheel would " slip " crooked in both directions while cornering.

Maybe you need to bleed it ? air in the fluid causing it to " skip " ?

Hmmm I read that it bleeds itself ? The pump is supposed to pump the air out ? I went under the hood and all the power steering fluid is there but both bushings look like this 9521a513353689f69d12bdec33b01a20_d3d5ce81253f8c21051a66a77089d71c8eac6b3e.jpg. Think the bushings are shot and could cause the problem or?

Still managed to get a couple cool shots of the taco. 35s are perfect on these trucks. Probably the biggest tire I'll run on her honestly. c915cca9d433ab8b0116f460377cf316_3d11e759552cd51567f0ba3222ac0ea15cbfffff.jpgb356734e4045689d3dcb3f1c5b35be49_70753a2512cb253fe1033334d5ea018ab9f4be2c.jpg

I don't regret it at all. I'm gonna mount ammo cans on it soon to put my recovery gear in. Wanting to put a small winch under/next to the spare tire. And getting a rubber mat to put on it today lol. Tired of everything sliding around.

    Gonna paint it eventually too.
