The skid plate is factory but is not available yet.

I'm waiting for the same thing.

So tired of useless crappy cheap tires on a model touted as a off road pro. Seriously, even if another $500, the customer would be happy to not have to immediately dump another + $1000 in a adequate set of OR tires.

I'm sure Toyota is looking at just fuel mileage numbers, if so, they need to think about the number they sell VS the overall economy standards.

Is this a Tacoma? At the Chicago show they only had one pro Tacoma but they had a Tundra displayed like this. Did it show fuel tank capacity?

You're right about the mileage, the epa is all over manufacturers these days. I dont really see any issue with the tires, if you want to put big off road tires on then you buy them and store these for when you sell the truck or wear out the off road tires driving them on the road like 99% of people do anyway. I think its silly when you see a jacked up truck with huge meaty rubber on them that will never see anything but hot top.

I went and checked it out today. Pretty nice overall, the cement color is awesome, I wanted to check out the seats a little closer but the truck was locked. There were a couple things I definitely did not like:

    1) those huge door badges. To make matters worse it looks like they're screwed in to the door (there were small Allen bolts at each end)

    2) the hood scoop. Because the scoop is black plastic it looks like an after thought, thrown on at the last minute. If it were color matched it'd be a lot better.

It does not have to be confirmed. With a full leather interior and upgraded suspension you know right there is at least 40k. A fully loaded OR will cost you 40k and that is without leather

A fully loaded Limited 4x4 is 40k, so I'd expect this to be around 41k-42k, maybe more. Hell the rigid fog lights alone are probably something ridiculous like $900.00.

For those saying there's not enough to this truck, what did you think about 2015 and older Pros? Older Pro models don't hold a candle to what the 2017 offers. For some, it will never be good enough.

I wonder if it will sound any different with the full dual exhaust.

From what I have read and you know if it's on the internet so it must be true, the exhaust has been specially tuned for the TRD Pro.

I was really hoping those small allen bolts were faux. If they are indeed screwed into the door, that sucks balls..

That cement color is absolutely awesome. Does anyone know if your vehicle depreciates if you repaint it? I currently have an inferno but I'm starting to dislike it.

Do the sum of the parts in the Pro make it a better off road truck then the OR? If so, is the performance difference worth the higher cost of the Pro, or could I make an OR as good as the Pro for the same cost or less?
