    I've tried a couple of the Wally ones and may have tried that but if it's the one I think it was okay. There was another that just made me want to puke. Thank you acid reflux

    I love 50x honestly it is the best pre I've ever taken. After Hyde is done I won't order it again. My issue with Hyde is I don't feel the extra strength and I crash hard off of it. 50 x I slowly come down off it and I can do my cardio with no issue. With Hyde I look at the treadmill, stair climber, elliptical whatever the poison of choice is and cuss very loudly

    Sometimes taking a week or 2 off helps. Muscles and CNS have time to recover fully.

    This. That's why I stopped training arms more than once a week. For me at least if I only do biceps and triceps one day a week they have been getting bigger and my loose skin on my arms is starting to fill out. Which means shorter sleeved shirts baby. Jcp had a huge sale Friday night I got one of each color v neck t's for 3.99

    You can also search. Just make sure if you're not doing barcodes you use verified foods. I don't really use iifym for anything but my calculator for what my macros should be. There's some pretty stupid shit on there as far as food suggestions.
