Viewing their website on my tablet sucked ass but I think Holosun will be my optic choice in my AR build.

The new vortex sparc-AR is a good aim point alternative also. The Trijicon MRO is pretty sweet as well.

My eotech was $265 new through Amazon. Just have to be patient and find good deals. The other two I recently acquired. I've had the 512 about 4 years or so.

I love my eotech, it's been good to me. The Aimpoint I've shot with once. Solid red dot. The holosun I have not taken out yet. Seems well built. If you want aimpoint quality buy aimpoint. I learned long ago you get what you pay for! I'd go eotech all day over holosun. And at the price I paid it's hard to beat.

Do you know anyone who actually had issues? And not in any extreme climate temps? Yes, it was a concern. But the general concensus by guys who actually use and abuse their gear was that it didn't impact the average shooter.

Unless you're an operator trusting your gear overseas I don't think you'll ever have an issue. Again, mine is 4 years old.

fanboy? you did notice my pic above that I own more than one brand, correct? Please read, don't be a keyboard jocky that just jumps on board with the hate train...

the fact is, mine works, the only issue was drifting in extreme temps. I live in Texas, I've never had the cold play a factor, and never had an issue in the summer. That's the pure fact. What more would you like?
