    Yuck. I did CV's and tie rods last year. Not fun "upgrades" but necessary evils. I'm eyeing my steering rack as well, trying to get the most out of what life it has left. So far, if I can still align it, I'll keep running it.

    Mine was shot. That's what I get for how I drive it. The aftermarket racks are much stronger due to the steel sleeve instead of the aluminum sleeve in the Toyota racks.

    For a new rack? I got mine though a vendor that works with mineke. Flagstaff doesn't have a lot of good shop options. I picked them because my mechanic raced Toyota trucks and still owns a couple
