Not sure if you mean that literally or not. Sorry if that was a pun... Just talked to some good friends with a dog and a puppy and they went with a different cover than leather. They said dog claws and leather seats do not mix.

I have the graphite and can't decide on black or dark gray...

Here's a shot I took halfway through my install. You can see the contrast of the black leather in the back seats and headrests and the graphite grey of the cloth on the front seats. From what I hear, the dark grey is a perfect match to the graphite cloth.

Honestly either would look good but I personally prefer the black.

I have black. Look rich and classy like a Lexus seat. Cannot get good dark pix with a flashing camera phone. Mine matches steering wheel wrap and door panels perfectly. Grains and perforations look factory. I work in an industrial environment where I may transfer a grease spot so needed darkest color. It is not the color it is the quality. I say dark gray looks great too.

Here is a contrast of the dark grey to the grey cloth:

Hey man, post up a quick pic of where the seat belt comes through the top of your back seat. That spot is giving me fits.

I cheated, the bezel pops off so I removed it then reinstalled after I got the seat installed instead of trying to fish it through the hole.

I will tell you it took about a half hour to get it snapped back into place if you go that route. It was not easy to get it snapped back in but looks good when finished.

Work the back in first and be patient, don't get frustrated and force it otherwise you'll break a clip.

Popped off with my fingers, pull up from the front first (front of the seats) using slow even pressure and it snaps off

Dark Grey matches what color Toyota chose for the existing seats better than black. The seats are not black, they are dark grey. Black is hotter, will show dust better, may hide some stains better. But some folks LOVE the black look and just dig the look of black leather seats. I think black makes it look like a cave. It is totally personal preference otherwise... as long as you are ok with the downsides of black... you simply can not go wrong... they both look really very nice!! good luck...

So far the only flaw with these covers is like any other leather where the butt part starts to wrinkle a bit.

It gets a little puffed up after awhile
