How to get the front door panel off?

Ive got everything unlatched but the dang wiring pluf for the window controls.... how do you get it to release???

Ive tried every way I could think of and searched on here.

im pretty sure you either slide it forw2ards or back. I think forwards. and then you have to finaggle it through the hole once you get the door off. Dont forget to take off that little black triangle thing in the corner too. good luck!

 

and once again im stupid because i though it said this was in the 1st gen section. Im no help

 

ha, yea its just the little wire harness... i just cant figure out how to get it to release... thanks for tryin tho

 

anyone have a pic of this tab? i can see what i thought was the point to press and release it but im 95% its not it.

Do a search for : "DIY leather arm rest" step by step instructions on what you want to do there

 

I found the one by reid, but like the DIY upgrade speakers tutorial it doesn't say how to get this one harness disconnected
