Been a wild weekend around here. My wife and I got home from a wedding shower yesterday morning to find out our dog got hit by a car on Saturday. Anyone who's been in this thread for a while knows that dog was like my child. Spent all day yesterday moping around and the only things I ate were some hot wings and a big steak for dinner. Gonna try to get get back on the diet train today.

My buddy and I did DB flys today and he had his elbows bent 90* the whole time and I kept calling him out on it but he couldn't straighten them out. He was either too proud to go down in weight trying to keep up with me or he just wouldn't do it. He said it would 'hurt his belly' if he did it. haha. I don't even feel bad making fun of him bc I called him out to his face...

Not even enough words to say sorry, dude. That is legit my biggest fear in life.

Same here. I was a freak about that dog. Hell, I even had a shirt with his picture on it! All my friends make fun of me b/c of how anal I am about him. It's been rough.

I hear it from my friends too. I don't understand people who don't treat their pets like family. I don't think they can be trusted, it just isn't right.

Sorry :(. I have nightmares after the time Ash ran away. I wish you the best. It's not easy but you were an awesome dog owner and that's what matters.

Amy's dad comes and lets them out. Ace usually just runs free because he's never gotten in the road or anything before. Boone has an invisible fence collar, so he can't leave the yard. For some reason, Ace got in the road Saturday and that's when he got hit. I'm thinking he may have seen a cat across the street. Our neighbors across the street have like 10 cats that just roam around...those bastards are about to start getting picked off with my .22

I got a .22 this weekend and my wife said all animals are off limits, except cats. How do people like those things?

Awful news, always hard no matter what the circumstances. Every time I've lost one of my cats I've been a mess for weeks.
