    Agreed... but from the original post, he got crappy service right away. Not saying he's owed a new bumper cause the op hosed it up worse... but they really let it drag. We're not talking a $100 item here. I don't like his "I had to put a bumper on" theory as he should have still had his original.

    I agree with the all pro guy. It's not my place to say whether or not he deserved a new bumper but customer service from a vendor like all pro should be without reproach. And everyone who says they had awesome customer service but no problems with anything is ridiculous. Of course you did, you didn't have any problems haha!
