    Yikes.

I had a couple fitment issues with my front bumper as well, but ultimately it just took a bit of time shimming it to make it line up the best it can. Overall, I'm very happy with the final outcome. That being said, there is no way for every bumper to fit every truck exactly the same. The cab and core support are mounted on rubber bushings that will be far from perfect when it comes to alignment. Plastic bumpers, tabs and fasteners can make up for the difference, but a solid steel bumper cannot. I'd also assume the bumper is being made off some sort of jig, or at least templates being cut out that are the same as nearly every one being made. There is no money is scratch building and fabricating a bumper every single time.

As far as those modified "holes", if they're any indication on how you conduct yourself with installs and fabrication, then I wonder what your qualifications are to run a 4x4 shop are in the first place... That looks like a backyard hack-fest with no idea or access to use the proper tools and process to simply oblong the adjustment slots.

Good luck, hope it all works out.

    Four thoughts...
    -1 month after the sale
-No proof that anyone at ALL-Pro said it was ok to drill, with how the OP states things OP was not going to be able to take the correct AllPro answer-- return the bumper get a new one.
-OP sold his working bumper before his Custom Bumper was even fitted - ??????????
-IMHO - The hack job on that looks like it was fitted on multiple trucks. Some of those holes are no where close. Even 3" off at one end is not 1" off at the mount points. Am I wrong? Where is the picture of the whole bumper and the warp that would show for a 3" off at one end?

** I am not interested in AllPro's stuff. I am planning on a Domello Offroad bumper.

I've got AP bumper, sliders, full skids, and hi-lift mount. Zero issues with customer service or product quality.

With all that being said, I've met @EddyRRT from SOS Concepts a few times and couldn't say anything nicer about the guy. He actually helped install my AP bumper...the competition of all things! Because Eddy is local, a veteran, and an all around class act, he'll be getting my money moving forward. But, I also have no complaints about All Pro, happy I spent my money with them, and couldn't be happier.

I don't normally get involved with his kind of stuff. I don't run any all pro gear, but I have contacted them and been treated pretty fairly. Many others that I have talked to have had a similar story to the op though. The fact that all pro has not chimed in and has done nothing to rectify this, whether it is in the interest of the op or not is unacceptable customer service. It irks me to no end to see people treated poorly from companies like this. I'm not on all pros side or the op's side as to what the situations outcome should be but the fact that he was treated so poorly during the exchange and even now, with no response whatsoever from such a reputable vendor to resolve the situation is just heinous. The customer is not always right, but should always be treated to the best possible customer service. Especially from such a renowned vendor from this site.

This is so far from the truth, I don't even know what to say. We don't even have an Adam that works here. I have much more to say, but I need to gather my thoughts. My mind is blown right now....

Interesting that Allpro's first response to the whole deal is about an employee's name and none of the other allegations

I have had only one opportunity to deal with allpro. The sliders I got were an excellent product. They had a minor issue that wasn't caught before they left their shop. Tracy worked with me and offered multiple solutions. We settled on one and she stood by it. Issue was resolved and I was left with a positive experience.

I need to collect my thoughts so I don't sound like a raging idiot. This is a complicated situation. As we all know, the customer is always right. There is no way for us to win this battle of words and I know that. All we can do is plainly and politely state our position and take the hits from you all as best we can. :crapstorm:

A lot. Check out my build page.
I've never done business with AP (only because I haven't been shopping sliders or bumpers yet.....I am sure you sell more than that but for now....just making the statement so folks know I have no allegiances)......

Anyhoo......Tracy seems to be doing the right thing at least with her response to this situation. I have gotten myself into some muddy situations by immediately replying to an email or message (work, personal or otherwise) and I regretted my reactionary statement later down the road. It would be super easy for her to have a knee jerk reaction and just go off the rails stating her position, defending her company, insulting the OP and so on and so forth.

Always best to sit on it for a day. Let it marinate. Gather your thoughts. Let the emotions calm. Then post the reply to the situation.

So far....good on them for not immediately slamming this dude and just pouring fuel on the fire.

I think we all need to stay out of the conversation and leave these two to work it out.

We can still watch, but let's keep the contributions to those directly involved (now that they're here) please.

^^^This, I had several orders from AllPro and Tracy was always excellent to work with. No matter how much I badgered them, they were always helpful, no matter how small or cheap the order was.

    I should clarify

Everyone needs to stop tossing their 2 cents in based on 1 side of the story until AllPro has a chance to properly respond...otherwise their response will be lost in the 11 or 12 pages

People need to remember there's 3 sides to every story. His side, their side and somewhere in the middle is the truth. Not to say either side is going to lie. But let's be honest, we don't remember every little thing that was said, exactly as it was said. (Unless the communication was by email and then it's easy to go back and see what each party said.)
