I pretty sure the specs are given in the. ComeUp site. You could compare them to Warns to get an idea.

Also, that center bracket that I had to cut looked different on the truck in the instructions.

Depending on your year, it might not be an issue. I think putting the controller in the engine bay is pretty common due to space issues.

I have the updated front-end like yours, so I will probably have this issue. Was it the winch that caused the issue or the controller? because I already have my controller in the engine bay.

It was the winch. But that bracket does nothing with the new bumper. It's the center support for a bracket that's thrown away with the new bumper install. So trimming it is no problem at all.

Oh awesome, so why did you cut it if it's supposed to be removed? just to use it to hold your controller?

It's not supposed to be removed. The support bracket that bolts to it is removeved, rendering the bracket that I cut useless.

That's why it doesn't matter how much you need to cut it. Make sense?

I think we're on the same page now. It's no longer functional other than to just sit there, but it's not meant to be removed. I'll probably just cut mine then like you did. Thanks!

You know, I didn't look that closely because I was planning to mount my controller on that bracket from the beginning, but I'm pretty sure you can just remove that entire piece. Now that I think of it.

I was all set to buy LS3, 4L60e, and T-case out of a Blazer. As well as rebuilt axles for the Jeep.

My Boy decided he didn't want to wait for me to build it. I sold it and bought him a Cheroke that was ready to go.

Nice winch bumper set up, by the way. Very cool to see Billy fabbing stuff that looks great still.
