    Haha. Not cheap at all, but I think it's a good investment for paint protection. I won't have wax my truck for the next few years and cleaning is supposed to be much easier. I'll see as time passes. Also, being in the service and all the places I've lived have made it difficult to clean and detail my past vehicles like I'd really want to.

    Thanks, but I wanted to know what you were using for your axle because I'm thinking with the quick release on the stock axle, it can still be removed even if the clamp on the mount was locked.

    I just made a video but apparently can't share it here. You not only have to be able to unscrew it, you also would have to be able to pull it the width of the fork. I'm sure if a thief were determined enough that they could get it. I can take a fork off with no more than 2 sizes of Allen keys faster than you could pull that axle out. I need to get some tamper resistant bolts because you can also remove the whole mount with t30 torx.

    They will show, but only by eliminating the reflection within the letters. Very subtle, but noticeable, particularly when your truck is clean.

    True, true. Even if I were to use a cable and lock, mine is mounted with allen head bolts. So far I haven't had a need for it, but better to be safe then sorry.


    I considered a Glock to take advantage of the blue label program, but didn't like the way it shot. I shot a Glock 21 back to back with an HK45 and very much prefer the HK.

    Method MR318 17x8.5 Bronze BF Goodrich KO3 285/70R17 XPEL Partial PPF XPEL 70% tint windshield XPEL 35% tint front sides
    The mods started the day after I got it home. V6 rear badge delete, swapped color matched lower front valence with unpainted black, lower front air dam delete, front bed rail, TRD Pro wheels wrapped in 265/70R17 BFG KO2. Later this week adding tint to front windows. Bilstein 5100s waiting in garage (going to set to 0.85).
