Denny, I get all of that, I'm just saying that it is come to be that bad nowadays bro. Not trying to shake-off your experiences. God forbid that it gets to the level of my scenario is all that I am saying. Just shi- service these days.

The other thing that gets me, I was at a bank, waiting in line, and they have these ATM's inside the bank now, the useless individual that stands around on the floor comes over to me and says, "may I help you" and I say that I have a payment to make, the guy says, "well, I can show you how to do that..." No (and the reply I gave showed that I was a little bothered by it), I came in here to talk to an actual person and not a machine!!! The guy in front of me and the people behind me laughed. The useless guy then said, okay, then you are doing the right thing, so just please wait here. WTF??? Bro (I'm thinking to myself), not standing here for my F'N health??? Or put simply, in my humble opinion, doing simple tasks, like going out the door, is hard for people to do nowadays???!!!

Denny, sorry if you took it the wrong way bro??? Just saying that, apparently, customer service and people in general are basically sitting on their a$$es getting paid for said "work"??? Believe me bro, I started seeing this very same SHI- at my last employer and even brought it up to the bosses. Got to the point where "I" had to fill out timesheets and the lazya$$ in question didn't??? Well, I HAVE proof of my job duties and/or daily tasks... where the "F" is his at... not quite those words, but believe me when I say it, they were most definitely overworking us techs!!! So, again, trust me, I know what you mean and have been there done that!!! My co-worker wants to leave now because of the BS!!!

Again, sorry Denny if you took it the wrong way??? :( I hope that we're good bro  I meant no offense towards you.

Didn't take it to the wrong way bruh! Just being figurative in my colorful choice of words. I come from an industry of "I told you so." so protecting myself is a HUGE part of what I do. It's just the grind by now.

The @allpro fiasco. Even though there are some mistakes the buyer made the fault lies on . That is quite horrible customer service and they acted very unprofessional like.
They definately need to find a way to resolve this, both All Pro and the representative @Tracy@All-Pro Off Road need to come forward & apologize to the public & make the customer satisfied in order to restore some of the confidence of all us thousands of former potential customers.
I know I defaintely will not be buying from them even though orginally I was considering a bumper from them
In short All Pro just had their market destroyed here on TacomaWorld. Hopefully these stories get around other forums in order to save anyone else for being forced to deal with such negligence & unprofessional service

I wish hahaha that was before the mud, athough hoping to clean it this weekend.

They locked it earlier and cleaned up 9 pages of posts. Will be interesting to see if they do it again? Or maybe they're just thread banning jerkwads who won't be quiet.

Either way: I think all the talk is happening in PM's.

I dunno. I had a great experience and they make some bad ass stuff. It's tricky. I know many people personally that have been very happy with them. I wouldn't be so quick to judge on one newbies experience. I chose my stuff based on people who I have wheeled and hung out with. I looked at the quality of their stuff before I made my decision. Sure some folk may be a pleasure to deal with but they make sub par stuff. Personally I would take bad service and a superior product over vice versa. Great service is nothing when your shit fails on the trail. Just my $.02

Best way it can be put. Not everyone draws a short straw, do you wanna be "not everyone" today?

Especially if your un"lucky" day gets met with "why are you, my customer, bothering me for a good product?!"

I agree with you there about quality product being better than service but like @digitaLbraVo said why risk it you know. There are plenty of other businesses, vendors, & individuals who can satisfy your needs. In the long run if I really do want an offroad bumper I would get in line for @Shmellmopwho to make one . Appears to be a very trustworthy & dependable man, plus I can physically see his products before purchasing
