    Lunches will be premade for the rest of the week. I'm on a fucking meatloaf kick lately, so that'll be the meat for the rest of the week. Sides will be roasted purple and red potatoes with garlic, steamed asparagus, broccoli casserole, steamed veggies, and whatever else I can whip up. I use those three section microwavable containers on Amazon. Meat, two sides, and I'm good to go. Not sure if I'll have meatloaf tonight or whip up something else.

    I wanted to do something different on the BGE this weekend, so I decided to smoke a Chuck Roast. I cooked it exactly like I would a brisket. Rubbed it with sea salt, course black pepper, and a little Cavenders. Threw it on at 275 degrees over Royal Oak and a little Hickory. Let it go 3 hours in the smoke, then wrapped it for 1hr, then rested it for 1hr.
    Turned out mighty fine!
