I MIGHT be interested in the tool box... Id have to see how it sits in the bed on the rails... It probably wouldn't work with my soft topper but I am about to scratch that from my truck... Last wind storm we had ripped the front out from. The clamos and it bent the fucking bed cover mounting rails...

 

Ill be getting a RTT so the cap may not be as usefull anymore... I will be fixing my cap soon though...

I just don't want a giant stanley rolling job box in there anymore... Its plastic and cracked and has 1 wheel lol...

 

But if im sitting here on duty what can I use to lure in some fish? And what species are in here? I can pretty mych launch my kayak right here from base and paddle around here and fish whatever the hell I want... But I wouldn't lug my kayak here to fish... Water is nasty lol

Sweet. Im gonna have to get some bombers... Ive got tons of freshwater lures but nothing for bigger fish... I usually only target large mouth bass and other fish that hit the same baits... Ive got plenty of heavy tackel set ups though... Ive landed snook and tarpon in the keys puerto rico st thomas and had a 200+ pound tarpon spool out 350 yards of 50 pound braid on a penn 6500 spinning reel... He didn't even jump lol

 

If you've gotta fish the Washington St. peer is right next to you... Nice park - just watch out for all the stray kitty cats.

 

Thats true... Id rather fish on base... I feel safer. Lol

Caught 30 trout today, pretty much 50/50 rainbow and brownies


Stocking guys must have put 15 buckets in my usual hole, so lazy.

Thought they'd be spooked from all the travel but they were actually aggressive

 

J00 getting too far into the open bay for me... I wanna catch crack rocks on the bottom of the Delaware... Need to be closer to Philly and Camden Ant!

Well shit I guess next weekend I have to get my trout stuff from home and come out with you... I get instate fishing license rate for PA... Whats the cost of it here?

My brother in law goes there once a week to check up on the striper run…been catching 12-18" steady…i'd call that meh too
