I think next week I'm going to try to max most everything just so I have a good basis of where I'm at on 1RM's.

I wish I was that guy. I was "the cute little brother"

    Which means no girls...ever

Spread them out. People try to max everything on the same day and wonder why they are so tired and can't lift as much as they think. I will sometimes do squat and bench on the same day since they are pretty different muscle groups but deads should be their own day for sure.

I was the "cute little brother" too. Haha

But yea, I was thinking maybe squats on Sunday, bench Tuesday and dreads Wednesday or Thursday.

The gym at school. My roommate will be with me, or I'll have some random guy spot me. Fuck I look like trying to max without a spotter? Lmao

Good work. Wish I knew at 20 what you do instead of learning it at 40

I wish that I would've started back at 16 when I was still growing, probably would've made progress a lot easier. Haha. But I'm glad I'm getting into it kinda early, it's gonna make for a better life hopefully.

I took weight training in high school. Was 140 as a senior benching 225, squat 315, power clean 225. Got to college and my buddy made me go to the gym. Never made gainz because my diet was shit, so I stopped trying in the gym. Took 4 years off after I graduated. Went back in and could barely bench 205.

Started lifting about 3 years ago due to being overweight and lazy. I started buying a few things for my basement off of Craigslist but then I became addicted.

Dont really have a current pic that I wouldn't feel 100% teh ghey to share. But I've made all kind of gainz. All kiiiinds.

When you see results, it becomes an addiction. Then you push harder.

    None yet...
It's never too late...but I'm thankful I started at 16yo at 5'10" 135lbs. 7 days a week my bro and I were doing 2 hr sessions at an old school power lifter gym.. Starting out I was excited getting 90lbs on the bench. 2 years later I gained 15lbs of muscle and thought I was Huge weighing 150lbs. 21years later still in it to win it!!

This was me right at a year ago. I'm with Derrick, no current pictures that don't look super ghey but just imagine 10-15 pounds more muscle on that frame. Mainly shoulders and chest, a little arms, and you can tell I have abs now too. Hahah.

Would you rather have nipples the size of a dick, or a dick the size of a nipple?

But yes, I have dime sized nipples. they're very small.
