I've always been obese, topped out at 300 pounds in 2002..settled at 250 for a long time. Finally wised up at 40, 2 yrs ago and got under 200. At 5 foot 10 I should be around 180.

 

One area I've never struggled with. Always had to buy jeans to fit my thighs and not my waist. Lol. Played soccer since I was 3, got them big boi legs. I was the opposite of those big guys who never do legs.

 

That's ok. Women love my nipples. Actually had one tell me that if we had kids, their nipples would be perfect if they combine my and her nipples. She was probably correct. Hers were fantastic.

And I do have tiny legs. Always have. They're getting thicker, and definitely more defined. I most definitely don't skip leg day. They just....lag behind for some reason

 

Was this the 19 y/o? You never filled us in.

 

no this was back in about November. This chick was a 12 on the 10 scale. BUUUUTT...also a 15 on the psycho scale, as it turned out.

 

Isn't that the minimum they are?

 

You should've seen that coming when she told you your kids would be prefect because you were nipple compatible

 

That's how it always ends up. Last one of those I ran into turned my neck into a fucking masterpiece to "make sure everyone knows you're mine" pretty sure that was the last time I ever talked to her.

I hate watching people do deadlifts in this gym. Just saw a girl with some scared cat action



Saw a guy look the same way a couple days ago. It hurts me.

 

Saw a dude yesterday doing the same thing with straight legged. Hurt my back just watching

 

I don't wanna be "that guy", but I don't want to see someone break their back, either. The guy I saw doing it already doesn't like me, so it wouldn't have gone over well if I had said something. The girl I just saw was in crossfit, so her coach should be correcting her....but he wasn't.

That's not bashing crossfit. That's just what I saw first hand

 

I don't throw up at the gym...haven't in years....but damn, I was standing over the toilet about to this morning after legs. And I only did 3 exercises.

 

If she was doing crossfit then I think her form was right

 

Worse thing for me are these damn tan lines from cycling.
