Yeah it's 4wd, offroad. Inferno looks great, when it's clean. Almost impossible to keep it clean here in the desert. As soon as I drive away from home, sand/dirt or road debris come in contact and dorty my truck.

I don't know how much the Pro will be, but the main difference is the upgraded suspension. Everything else is cosmetics. But more than likely, yes, you can achieve the same performance for cheaper. You can get the same suspension for around $2500. Maybe a bit less.

Phoenix. I work in construction so I'm out on jobsites. I fell in love with the color, but that was in the showroom. Again, great color, just high maintenance if you want it clean. I take a microfiber towel to it almost everyday to dust it.

That and many people call it "orange". Lol

I guess we will only know once msrp is released. I mean, my OR only had the tow package installed and I think msrp was ~36k.

Let's just say that the suspension installed is about 2k, it comes with the P&T (leather seats, or you can install after market) package which is another 2500 I believe, plus we'll assume the exhaust installed is 1k. That already puts us at just under 42k for msrp. That is withholding any factory/dealer markups for being a special trim.

So if you only want the better offroad suspension, it'd definitely be cheaper to just swap shocks.

"With limited availability, not everyone will get a Pro Series of their own." Straight from Toyota's TRD website. Makes me think out the door, this thing will be easily 45k.

    http://www.trdusa.com/tacoma-trdpro.html

I'll probably test drive it just for fun. When the time comes, upgrading my suspension to Fox anyways (http://www.ridefox.com/product.php?make=Toyota&model=Tacoma Pre-Runner / TRD&t=shocks&year=2016-2005&position=Front&m=truck&p=31&ref=filter) and a AAL in the rear. Some leather seat covers and probably the TRD Pro grill since it looks pretty nice and those fog lights. I still get my OR moonroof which I really wanted haha.

Thanks ... thought it was too good to be true ... and those OEM duals (several posts above) kinda looked like the duals on my 2007 Tundra (except off the headers).

Then you'll have to get the tundra, because that's what that photo is.

I knew it was probably too good to be true for conservative TOYOTA. :burnrubber:

I would like to but "full duals" that are not OEM can get touchy here .... when emissions tests are required when vehicle is a few years old.

True. I prefer single exhausts on mid size trucks, they never look
quite right with duals. I'm really considering the MagnaFlow right now, they
sound good. The one for the LB sounds even better with the resonator
in place before the muffler... appears to be long bed only though.

The Raptor is a bit too big for me but if I'm paying 45k for a Tacoma TRD Pro, then I might as well spend another 7-8k for the Raptor. I've never owned a domestic car...ever haha, so this will be a first for me. Reason why I really like the Tacoma is because it's not too big and is just right for the small streets in Santa Barbara.

7 to 8k more for a used Raptor. 2017's will likely be tipping the scales around 70k. I was considering a 2017 ecoboost raptor but no way am I paying 70k for a ford. Nope, not gonna happen.

But as others have said, no doubt the pro will be over 40k and it'll cheaper to just build your own with better parts.
