It came off the ground 1 time but I couldn't get out to see it because the Truck was teetering on 2 wheels and if I opened my door I would have rolled. We F'ed up and went through a narley bypass backwards. 4 trucks almost rolled. It was sketch haha but it was awesome we all made it.

I gotta say though I did some things that I don't think would have been possible without the flip kit because it's the only reason my drive tire kept ground contact when I needed it

Need some advice... A couple of weeks ago my wife took out the driver side steps. She bent the step back and I took them off no biggie. I got some used ones to replace the steps. I have one problem. The bottom part of the truck where you bolt them on is bent. I've tryed hammering it out but it didn't budge. And ideas on how I can straighten that part out so I can bolt on the steps.

I'm thinking of putting on the bent bracket and hammering that out. Maybe with a mallet? Any ideas?

Can you get at it with a c-clamp? I will attempt to draw a picture to illustrate but you could maybe put a piece of straight metal like angle, etc. on either side and use a c-clamp to press the bend out.
Just remember that they call me "MacGyver" not "Picaso"

I had to use this method to try and straighten an aluminum bracket that some of the guys at work damaged.

wrong angle? take the handle of the c-clamp in the picture and rotate it towards your face, does that angle work better?

If there's room and notice is given I'd like to get in on a Mojave Run. All I have are sliders for now but I'll be lifted shortly.

Say, if anyone is free Wednesday or Thursday and wants to have a mini mod day I could use a hand lifting my Prinsu roof rack onto my cab. I can provide pizza and brew and whatever assistance you may need with your rig. Free all day(s). I'm located 10 mins east of Hangar 24 brewery. Thanks.
