    I agree with Kyle and maybe try heating it up just enough to soften the metal and then yell outloud, as you are hammering the shi- out of it, *cough* *ahem* a couple of non-bible verses (you know, saying stuff the devil himself would cringe at), and I would think it would start to bend back in??? :notsure:

    I agree with itaro also that I am not familiar with the connection point, but from the pictures, it looks as if the "slot" has "spread opened" to where it should be "more flat", am I correct? :notsure:

    Even one of those small propane bottles should be good enough for applying the heat... non-cutting type of heat, if you get my meaning. I remember when I had to loosen the LCA bolts because they were seized. I sprayed the shi- out of it with PB Blaster, let soak, sprayed again, let it sit overnight, then when it came time, I heated the bolt "area" with one of those propane bottles that you can get with the hose/nozzle and the bolt broke free. So, the point being, just enough heat to make it "cherry red". I would be careful with it being too hot, but just enough to make the metal a little mallable, if you get my meaning.

    Either way, I hope it works out for you bro.
