    Well just an update in case y'all care. Haha. I drove up to the shop, he thinks the truck is fine. He's got everything off except the bumper and he says I definitely have to replace the entire radiator support. That whole piece that holds the grille, headlights, and everything around there. He said my motor is fine. It was full of oil. I swear I wiped up oil with my finger. But he says its full and it runs just fine. Lower control arm is bent so that's needs replacing. He's checking the frame tomorrow or Friday. And he said he can straighten the steering wheel. The shifter still needs to be pulled apart to see what exactly is bent. All I have for now though

    OH, and he said those headlights and the right fender are actually aftermarket. So carfax isn't showing me something.

    1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
    Wrecks suck. Wife t boned a ranger in her 2014 4runner. Cost 12k in repairs and was in a rental from a month.

    Got off my arse today and started mounting my light bar. I'm not happy with where it's sitting though. It's recessed into the bumper too far so I'm going to have to fab up a set of extension tabs to move it 2" further forward. Fortunately, I had a couple chunks of metal in my junk drawer that will fit the bill nicely. After that, I just need to paint everything and it should be good to go as far as mounting it. That's when it'll be time for me to take a little tour through hell...the wiring shit up starts. :puke:

    It came with a harness, but it's not going to be terribly useful. I'll probably end up hacking it to pieces. I'm using a different (fancier) switch, I'm going to run a fuse panel, and the thing is too damn long and has an extra set of leads so it can be used with a set of pods. I'm thinking about just using it for the rear pods and making my own harness for the light bar.

    Edit: Or rather maybe I'll just hold on to it and use it for my eventual ditch lights when I get a set of those.
