    i just upgraded from 512mb of ram to 2gb, it sooooo fast now i love it

    Yea its only a hp pavilion a450n from like 05, a.k.a. slow ass compared to todays but im cool with it until a iget a legit laptop for college

    Congrats! I just successfully installed windows xp on a laptop that had vista.

    I purchase the laptop back in 2006, I got it for $350 from Bestbuy. I got tired of Vista, the hardware on the laptop only support xp and vista drivers, so I could not put Windows 7 on it.:(

    The laptop is running great now! :woot:

    I was going to say what in the world only has 512Mb of ram these days? lol
    My system has 8 Gb of ram.
