Has anyone installed any mod or light that flashes the third brake light when the brake pedal is depressed? I see many vehicles that have a third brake light flashing and I ask parts houses and yes even the Toyota dealer where to get the flashing light or relay and they act like they don't know what I'm talking about.
    I need help. :)

I installed one on my First gen. At the time, the company was called "Stop America". It made the light blink 12 times, then go solid. I was actually thinking of doing this on my second gen :)

I was just looking this up the other day. Check out this site:

    http://www.webelectricproducts.com/

The site is weird so it won't let me link to the actual page of the product but there's a universal brake light flasher on there for $35.

I just got 4 of these found at a motorcycle site. You can program up to 36 different flashing combo's for $20

I got the lens off the light assembly, but, the assembly did not come out. I did not want to break anything - so, how does the assembly come out of the cab?

I hate to bump an old thread, but has anyone actually used one of these devices with success in a 2nd gen taco?

If so, which one? I would love to do this to my truck.

    Thanks,
    Daniel
