Same thing happened to me when I ordered my ON a few weeks ago. It usually ships out of FL and is here the next day, but it took like a week this time. I hope their FL plant didn't close down or something

Time to get a little g-a-y with it. Ya'll showing your before and after pics got me searching FB for some goodies of my baby faced days...

    Enjoy...

    2008 - age 19. Probably 130#
    IMG_2958.jpg

2010 - Age 22. Probably 140#. This was around college graduation size. Hadn't started lifting for serious yet...

    IMG_2959.jpg

2013 - Age 25. 150#, ~8% BF. Recently married so I got in my 'best shape' but I was so light I had to put on some pounds since then. This would be about 2 years in to my new lifting life style

    IMG_2951.jpg

    2014 - Age 26. 160#

    IMG_2961.jpg

    2015 - Age 27. 160#.

    IMG_2962.jpg

I'll try and get a more recent one soon. I'm 170#. Next time I go to the beach I'll try and get someone to get me candid. When I pose I feel too insecure and mess it all up...

Ok gayness over...manly stuff. Beer, Bourbon, titties, titties, rabble, rabble, rabble, rabble....

Just went and murdered shoulders/abs/forearms with my roommate, then went on a little run afterwards. And by run, I mean I ran like 3/4 mile around the block and then laid in my floor for 10 minutes thinking that death couldn't be too bad.

Worked out with a buddy of mine today. He tried to do the same weight as me on everything. Form was terrible, and I finally convinced him to drop weight

Alright so I'm starting to drop again pretty steady. I had planned on having a huge cheat day at this next mark but with losing as steady as I am right now I'm kinda worried to jinx myself. What's you're alls opinion? Keep dropping until I stall out again and hit another plateau, or go ahead and do it as previously planned?

I think if you set a goal and achieve it you should be able to reward yourself. One meal won't change your course.
