fiber optics not in my area so I have slow shit speed with AT&T too. Claims to give me up to 6 mbps but running tests and it barely gets me 3 mbps. Where comcast on the other hand can get up to 100 mbps

 

I can get "up to" 15, but I get nowhere near that.

i have 170mbps with comcast and their 2/5ghz router. Im pleased

I pay $65/mo for Comcast 50 mbps, Usually I see 40-60, but during primetime evenings its down around 18. I need to call them again and threaten to cancel so I can get a discount. They almost always have some 20-30$/mo deal for 12 months which i started with.

Surewest went bankrupt running fiber all over this area that suck you dont have it.
Cci is much cheaper then com cast. And speeds are faster then i will ever need.

 

I used that technic a few times until they told me sorry we dont do that anymore. So i canceled and went to fiber optic. I love it, better serice faster speeds at a lower price. And its all cat 5 so its cheeper to relocate or add outlets were i need then. I can run coaxial cable but is more costly.

 

Yeah I need to figure something out for my wifes office. Currently have the router in the garage, so I can hardline my computer, and then basically drilled a hole througj the floor above directly into the guest room where the wife has her office, she wants to move her office to our bedroom but Im not sure how Id run a hardline up there

Two stories are a bitch. You can go up the outside wall to the atic then drop down the wall you want. Cut in boxes are easy to install. Clean look no wires run on the floor. Maybe we can work out a deal as you have something i need. we could barter.
