When I had my 4Runner I had a sigtac mounted in my center console. I'll have to see if I have pics of it anywhere.

Here's my EDC. You can never be too prepared.

Just kidding. I only carry one (sometimes two) at a time.

    • Browning Buckmark Camper .22 (strictly range gun)
    • Springfield Armory XD .45 (Primary EDC)
    • Smith & Wesson M&P Bodyguard .380 (What I wear to and from work, since they don't allow firearms.)
    • Kimber Stainless Raptor II .45 (strictly range gun)
    • Bond Arms USA Defender .45LC/410 (BUG)
    • North American Arms Mini Revolver .22 Magnum (BUG)

I removed the lids to this storage area. Works perfectly.
Magazines in a bag below the stock.
    Very easy to get to.

I have one of the Bulldog cable lockboxes (bought at Cabela's) under the front passenger seat. The cable goes around a seat mount. The box just barely fits under the seat. It holds a Ruger SP-101 2.25" barrel.

You pulled the trigger with the BA with a .410 yet? Or 45 Colt for that matter?

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.

I just started it because everyone was talking guns in 3rd gen. Didn't find your thread when I searched for one, so....yeah.

This is at 7 yards with cowboy loads. Very little recoil, but extremely dirty ammo. Took me hours to clean the barrel after shooting 50 rounds of these. Never shot cowboy loads before, and never will again. The two round holes up top are Hornaday Critical Defense. Quite a bit more recoil with these (wouldn't want to shoot 50 rounds). Not sure if the key holes were due to the cowboy loads tumbling, or from the ventilation system blowing the target.

    IMG_2559.jpg
This is at 10' with Winchester PDX1 .410 Defender. As you can see, the 6 discs grouped pretty well. However, the 24 BBs completely missed the target. I wouldn't recommend for personal defense with this short of a barrel if you want to not have stray BBs hitting whatever is behind the intended target.

    IMG_2560.jpg
This is at 10' with Hornaday 410 Triple Defense. Shoots a 41 caliber slug, and two 35 caliber balls. This is the round I chose to go with. All projectiles grouped exceptionally well. Pretty confident this would ruin the evening of any would be assailant.

Both the PDX1, and the Triple Defense, had a good amount of recoil. Could still be shot with one hand, but I wouldn't want to make a day of it.

    IMG_2561.jpg
This is at 10' with Federal #4 shot 410 Handgun. The box claims "Personal Defense", but I wouldn't trust it for more than anything larger than a small animal. More recoil than the cowboy loads, but less than three real personal defense rounds. Wouldn't be a problem to shoot a whole box of these.

    IMG_2562.jpg
This is at 10' with Winchester #9 shot AA target loads. Only good for that pesky mockingbird. Barely anymore recoil than the cowboy loads.
