    @voz uou know that one lift at work that doesn't seem to hold a charge, but it always being used, never able to get a full charge because it doesn't stay on the charger more than and hour or so ? That's the sulfating battery, it doesn't get charged to peak, so there are sulfates that build up on plates in battery and eventually cause battery to not charge, or even not produce power.
    Look on your battery chargers, there should be an"equalize" setting. Use this on A day nobody will be using the lift for 12-16 hours. It's will charge the battery normally, then at a reduced amperage over volt the battery to burn off "desulfate" and normalize voltage between cells in battery, just make sure battery has water covering top of plates beforehand (don't over fill ) then check water again after
    Your chargers may automatically do this anyway if lift is connected on weekends ( I have 40 that go thru this every Friday night )
    Same thing needs to happen to smaller batteries
