Pulled the trigger on blistein 5100s all around. $335 including shipping from HeadStrong off-road. Going to set the fronts to .85 to level it out. I am not a rock crawler so didn't need a huge lift. Did some research, the 5100 are supposed to give a smooth ride. Post some pics after the install. This is absolute positively no ifs or buts the last mod......... Maybe.

Derp isnt anything to have to do with plasti dip at all. Haven't you guys seen these memes???? It is basically a slang work for "special" people. So when someone posts that they derped something they are just messing around, they are not being serious. download (1).jpg images (1).jpg images (2).jpg images (3).jpg

You'll like them. It'll ride more like a stock OR now. The Eibachs combined with the 5100's work well if you end up with a winch and bumper down the road.

    Smoother ride than stock? (Limited)

Won't be going offroad but a smoother road ride is always nice and that's a good price

    Well it's official,

My 2016 TRD OR has its first official mods, HAIL!

Texas got hit hard last night and I got a few dings aka MODS! I drove around today and saw BMW's, Mercs, as well as many others on the highway and it looked like armageddon came down with hammers! So my few dings didn't feel as bad as what I saw.

Though this Texas hail pictures is what I feel like every time I look at the one ding right infant of my driver side view that screams out at me "Fuck me no, fuck you" :frusty::frusty::frusty:

    13000354_10153684998707675_24583200022246189_n.jpg

So any others with these hail mods, shout out!

    SHIT HAPPENS :crapstorm::crapstorm::crapstorm:

I have read all 763 pages and don't remember this being asked/answered:

If you are going to remove the grill to blacken out all that sickening "chrome", is there an advantage to painting it versus Plastidipping it? If you were going to paint it, what paint would you recommend?

    Thanks

If you plasti dip it you can just peel it off if you want to go back to stock

I have a sport so don't know how a limited rides. But when I post my pics I'll say if it's a noticeable difference.

If someone hasn't already mentioned it. We should all head to Yelp and give Herb Chambers Toyota a thumbs down.

I finally understand what happens when you turn on crawl control.

So with this setup you can just level it or set it higher for more lift?

Yeah, you can paint it, DeMello did his. Satin on the bezel and flat on the grille I believe after a bit of sanding.

Why would anyone want to make it stock again? That's why everyone is blacking them out, cuz they're uglier than home made soap!
