I have a 12 Taco OR. I am purchasing a new suspension for it soon. I also have a 05 4runner. I was wondering if I could swap out the struts and shocks from my Taco to my 4runner. If so would I need anything to complete the swap? Thanks for your time!

Unless they are fancy rebuildable coil overs from Icon / king / fox.... just do yourself a favor and buy new stuff. 5100's / OME etc are cheap and are not worth your time to be flip flopping old stuff between vehicles.

I would tend to agree with you 9/10 times. However the suspension on the taco only has 25k miles on it. Plus I'll have it from my new susp. I'm putting on my taco. Just curious if the swap could be done hassle free

For the front only the swap would work, but even then valving is different for 4 runner and tacoma front shocks.
