Yes, that's gear free. I use a belt is all. No wraps, Flat foot, head and ass on the bench and natty. All I did for the first couple years of lifting was focus on bench. Been trying forever it seems to break james phraners (might be spelled wrong) world record raw bench of 485. Sadly I don't think I ever will but I still enjoy trying. James is getting closer to 550 now but he's not natty anymore so he can't even break his own record. Plus I kill him on deadlift so I'm happy.

We've got maybe 2 people in our gym that can do it and one is a natty powerlifter. He's over 300 lbs and doesn't even look like he lifts though. The other walks around with an IV drip of test, tren, and deca lol. Dude is a freak, but he's obviously juicing, but he's not afraid to admit it either...both are really cool guys.

You'll get it next time. Beast mode with those weights!!! I can only pray someday I hit a 315 bench. My current is 260. Goal is 275 for now. I like small goals :)

I know its possible because i have hit 440 with a pause ONCE before but i think it was only due to the hot girl doing squats right beside me. the only thing i can say now is I'm pushing to try get to 20 on 315 :) The big weights seems to want to kill my shoulders above 365.

I could how ever use me some TREN A, Masteron, prop Blend. Apparently a really good brand that my buddies after. Cant believe i admitted that id consider it rofl

How do you deadlift like 900 lbs but only bench 260?!

I hate the stigma it gets, man. Like anything, idiots give it a bad name. If it were legal, I'd be all over it without a doubt. I'm even contemplating it after the wife and I pop out a few kids years down the road. I look at it as a tool bodybuilders use to reach their goals. The things I hate about it are people that abuse it and give it a bad name, people that can't handle it and act like total dicks, people that deny doing it, and people who know nothing about it and automatically dismiss it like it's fucking crystal meth or something lol. Most gear, used responsibly, is 100% safe.

I have no idea how many times I could get 315. I did 315x10 today for part of my warm up and it felt pretty easy. 20 might be doable

Sitting in class and some classmates and I were talking about how ready we are for the semester to be over and one dude says, "dude just go beat up the teacher...I'm sure you bench press like 275." I was insulted. The guy is like 130 lbs though, so I don't expect him to understand that his attempted compliment hurt my feels

There's about 500 folks at this school and I've seen about 2 that lift...at least the kid recognized my gains. I also get made fun of by a lot of folks for whipping out full meals in the middle of class and shaking protein shakers...I'm the dumb gym rat of my class :anonymous: #thestruggleisreal

I just really hate the guys who drink water out of shaker cups with the little fucking spring ball still in there. Shit pisses me off to no end.

haha I don't. I have a Yeti cup or a 32 oz. Gatorade bottle I usually drink my water out of. I do mix my shake during our class break and everyone looks at me though. I just look at them like this:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TJihKu_nMco

Also, I carry a lunchbox with me and am constantly pulling food out all day. I'm like an alien to these non-lifters at work and school. We need a name for non-lifters, like Muggles of the wizarding world
