    Is it cosmelan or another type of preservative that Toyota uses?

    Thats the spec it calls for when adding or replacing. Toyota, unless they changed in 2016, from the factory uses an almost clear fluid. Its similar to the brake fluid in color, as it ages it get darker. Thats how my 08 Tundra, 10 4Runner and 14 Tacoma have all been.

    Yeah they are. Not a screw on filter though its a housing with a replaceable element. When changing my 08 Tundra's oil it would look similar to that when things got messy..... I hated that oil filter housing.

    It's clearly not red more like clean oil.

    I like syrup idea better...maybe we can cook pancakes on the top of the engine and just spoon out a little fluid from the PS reservoir...

    Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
    @Krazie Sj probably...

    Yeah that's oil, unless they put 5 year old power steering fluid in your new Tacoma. @Krazie Sj were you at that as well??

    So far it's been at the dealer 5 hours and I just got off the phone with the service writer and so far they wiped it down to see were it is coming from. Looks like it'll be another day I'm guessing.
