    What is "slammed?" Lowered? If that's it, I dont get it either. I got a truck for the truck-like qualities. When I had a Civic, I constantly needed more space and a bed. It got better mileage, but lowering a truck dosnt have that ability, right?

    yes, slammed = lowered...dropped to the ground.
    and yes you can still have a dropped truck and have the ability to tow/haul things if needed. as long as its done right. Air suspension is the shit!:D just go through this thread and look at the duallys on air suspension:eek:

    wtf? static trucks are usually more useful than bagged trucks

    you can go over 80 mph in a static
    still have a bed and carry stuff in the back
    handle better than a bagged truck

    and you can still get full coverage insurance :D


    now im not trying to bash bagged trucks...

    yeah but most of the time you can't use your bed when you bag your truck...most of the time its hacked up

    i mean sure you could raise the bed and all, but your still loosing room to put sht.

    and plus unless you plan to spend 10K plus on your bags you can't really go over 80 mph....

    half the time people don't run struts, for example on our trucks

    the front, its extremely hard run struts on our fronts with bags, because of theirs not much room for them...so the ride is pretty bouncy.

    and no struts=bouncy ride.

    btw dumptrucks with bags do ride better, but they do have a little more problems because of the relative complexity of the system.

    i mean a leaf springs setup is not that complicated, whatsoever.
