It was a little slippy on the drive in today. Was also a bit icy out last night. Shame it was so nice up to now :(

Really though! Although the drive up wasn't bad at all.

A similar trailer sat in a guys back yard for a couple years outside Fredericton, I used to pass it all the time and think it would make a good expedition build for someone. We moved away and I passed there for the first time in 8 months last fall and the trailer was gone. You would think with Camp Gagetown here there would be surplus galore....But I rarely see any

Haven't been on in a few days, but for anyone wondering, very happy with the Detroit trutrack so far. When I get time il update my build thread with picture blah blah blah.

Works great on pavement, no racheting or banging like a locker. Haven't been through anything too serious with it yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing how long I can hold off on putting it in 4wd.

Had a small issue with a few of my diff housing threads being pretty much pulled out so I replaced the studs with button head bolts that are threaded from inside the housing to outside and locktited in place. Sourcing those bolts set me behind a few days.

Fishing didn't go so great, but I got the truck pretty muddy. Old beat out trail going up the side of the north mountain that I have gone up/down several times with this truck, defiantly noticed the detroit in there, very happy with it.

Sick! Took my rig out to Thompson lake to try fly fishing for the first time. Man what a blast it is. Super stoked I got all the gear. Thank god for trucks being able to access good spots eh?

Yeah I hear ya. Mine has to go in for a few things soon. I am going to replace both bearings, new serp belt, grease and oil while they are at it too I suppose. Bonus is I have the bearings (full assemblies) and the belt already so it will be just a labor deal. Eastern Offroad treats me pretty good so it's not going to be too bad. But the $600 for the bearings pinched a bit. Better than from Toyota for sure.
