Last picture is blurry, but the tire is away from the drain. With it being 40 degrees and raining, I didn't want to lay under the truck to get the best picture. The tire rests against the tank but does not touch the drain. You can see how much lower it sits. Its not enough to cause an issue on road. When I get setup for going off road, I will likely loose the spare anyway and haul a full sized in the bed or on top of my camper shell. Even off road, I don't think it will be a huge deal since it does sit higher than the rearend.

The gauge is great, but won't change colors?!?! I'm going to email / call them to see what I can do to get it replaced.

Nice job. So your tank's bolts just go through the bed for mounting? I have a compressor and a tank that I'm going to mount one of these days. The tank is long and narrow (4.5 gallon). I'm not sure if it will fit under there lengthwise.

Yes, there are 4 bolts that hold it to the bottom of the bed. I put the bolts in the deaper channels so that when I put the bedmat in my truck, you won't feel the bolt heads.

You could probably wrap $300 into a setup.

Nice clean setup man, especially the in-cab gauge. Love the look of this with the lights. I hope the color thing works out for you.

I have two tanks but they are more like Scuba tanks. I'm thinking about adapting one of them for an OBA setup. Though I seem to be having trouble fiinding fittings and what not.

Can you recommend a place that sells fittings for tanks and compressors etc..?

I would try a local plumbing supply company. My local shop is Wayne Pipe and they have or can get anything you would need. Look in your yellow pages under "Plumbing" and see what you find.

I wasn't happy with the first gauge placement (aimed too much at passenger and not driver), so put in a gauge pod and added a volt gauge.

Grill color matched, shifter ball, shell, 5100's all the way around.....
Both those setups are awesome, a lot of great ideas. Thank you i wasnt sure if a tank would work under the bed but that looks like it does and has good clearence. Love the hookup in the side compartment for extra hose. Thank you
