I'm sure this has probably been covered here, but I could not find anything in the first four pages of searching.

I have an '07 DC 4X4 Off-Road. According to the manual the VSC, LSD buttons should be on the lower left panel behind the steering wheel. I don't have the buttons. They are just blanks. Are VSC and LSD options? I thought they were standard on these trucks. When reading my manual, it doesn't say "if equipped".

    What am I missing?

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
First, LSD doesn't require a button.

Second, if the VSC button isn't there, then no you don't have it. It is an option.

Third, if the truck is a TRD off-road the should be a REAR DIFF LOCK button in that same general area.

    What he said^

Your profile says 07 Offroad- So you wouldn't have the LSD. If you had a Sport- The LSD would be mechanical- so there would be no button like Ben said.

I do have the locker button, but that is it. Would it still be a poser? Is the locker only available on the OR?

Locker is only available on the TRD Offroad, so it seems to be that you got a genuine TRD OR.

Scared me there for a second.

I was just reading through some old posts here and found an exerpt someone had posted from Toyota's website with TRD OR 4X4 specs. Reading that indicated that downhill assist control, uphill control and VSC are all standard equipment. I'm assuming now that is not the case? It seems I was not as educated as much as I thought when researching my truck. I guess I got too glossy-eyed when I first saw it. I didn't even notice the lack of buttons. One day I'll learn.

Mine are all full. I guess if I add any aftermarket switches for lighting etc in the future I'll have to find another place to wire them up.

Do you have aby thing betweend the 2 cig lighters under your AC controls? I have an Aux input there and a blank spot, where i wired my lights too. Just curious if they did anything there for the 10s

My 2010 is the same under the AC controls. Cig. plug, extra cig. plug and aux. jack. The other two sports are blanks in this location.

Since I have a TRD Sport all my spots under steering wheel are active except two spots one for Diff. lock and the DAC button.

    2007 Offroad DCSB AT- VSC,TRAC,HAC, & DAC
Icon Stage 8, ECGS Bushing, Timbren bump stops, Crown braided/extended brake lines, Overland Custom Design sway bar links, rear differential breather extension, oil filter drain hose, a/c drain hose extension & reroute, front windows tint, Cat Security, XPEL headlight/fog & grill protection, OEM block heater, RCBS illuminated 4X4 switch,
My 07 Offroad came equipped with all these buttons. Some of them (vsc, trac, hac, and dac) were part of the optional equipment package which according to the window sticker cost an additional $850. The switches are...
    foglight
    rear differential lock
    power outlet main
roll sensing curtain shield airbags off
downhill assist (clutch start cancel if a manual transmission)
    vehicle stability control off

The vsc switch has different functions that have to do with traction control, stability control, and the auto lsd. The auto limited slip differential system aids traction by useing the traction control system to control engine performance and braking when one of the rear wheels begins to spin.
