Oh man, thats funny you say that. One of my best mates is an accountant. He's pretty jacked and anyways, his co-workers always asked him what he's on and always looked down on him. He always said creatine, and creatine to them was just the same as gear ! rofl

 

When ya'll say 'gear' you are talking about roids/drugs, right?

I've been watching this Aussie show on Netflix and they always say 'gear' when talking about drugs. I thought ya'll were talking about gym stuff, like belts, wraps, straps, chalk, ect. lol

No you fool they're talking about cycling gym gears. You need to do this to confuse your muscles. Whatever it takes right babe?

 

any of yall played with a slingshot? friends of mine got a few, gonna play with it tonight

 

yeh, feels odd at first lol but my problem is not at the bottom and thats what i found it helped the most with

 

8 hour arm workout. Whatever it takes

This slingshot talk is confusing.... Are we talking about an actual slingshot that you can shoot shit out of?

Sling shot goes around your arms up top and helps you push more weight on bench. I've never used one but I've seen themthen used. Up to 40#s more on bench I've heard

While wearing them? Or you train with them and then you bench will go up later? Like jumping rope with ankle weights so you can jump higher with out them...

 

While wearing them. But I think it can help you get stronger. Say your max is 225.. You could probably bench 260 or so with it... But being able to handle and get accustomed to a weight more than your max will help you get stronger..

I've never tried it but that's my 2 cents
