Just the norm skids, sliders, & 35's
Wrong gears, plus drive slugs and 35 spline stubs shouldn't rise the price that damn much. The dodge outters are a little weird but nothing to be afraid of. The truss is goofy too and you'd just end up cutting it off.

If you're wanting to do tons I'd find the cheapest stock out bare housing and build from there. Solid knuckles and arms, 35 spl stubs and drive slugs, 5.38s and a Detroit. The rear is simple, lip shave, brakes, weld it and 5.38s.

Yeah, pass. Would be a shitload of work. FWIW, the newer 14Bs (AAM 1050) come stock with disk brakes. The majority of the parts are interchangeable with the old style. I pulled mine from an '01 Chevy 2500

Okay so I have 6 shooter knuckles and just put the axle all together. I'm worried I didn't clearance near enough because I think the driver side longfield is binding a little when turned close to full lock.
Do I need to rip it apart and grind it more? The Longfields were a very tight fit into the knuckle balls so I tapped them in gently.

Paint the inside of the knuckle ball, reassemble while still wet and grind out where the longs are rubbing, repeat until they fit.

I pulled the front driveshaft off and spun the flange by hand while turning the knuckle lock to lock with the shaft installed

Those are Sand Mats, which have only worked to get my Ford out of wet grass. They do not work in rock or dirt, but I haven't tried them in sand yet.

I had the chance to buy a large quantity of these and passed after discovering how well they don't work. :D I'm pretty sure the company that made these is no longer around.
