I'm hoping to fly in Wednesday and be gone Thursday when the check clears. I have about a hundred photos of the truck so should be good to go I hope.
I sent him a text, he's big into snowmobiling so he's up there a lot and should be able to give a good idea on the snow.

Kept him in the bathroom, right in front of the toilet. Looked like a simple terrarium. You should have heard the yells and screams that came from there during a party.
Here he is at feeding time. I think this is the only pic I have of him, was way before cell phones. I had to scan this pic.

Really a mellow pet... although cleaning the terrarium was exciting at times. There was a noose and a large garbage can involved.
Then there was the one time he got loose in the middle of the night. I learned from that day on to make sure the food was dead before leaving him unattended. Fucking mouse chewed a hole through the top. I found both later that morning and all was well.

i'm going with steel mainly because it costs less, yeah i love the clean look of these and lighter than most plate bumpers.

@DukesTRD he text me and said he was up there last weekend. The bottom is melted off and the top is still snow packed. Just tag me in a post closer to when you're coming out and I can get a better idea for you. @mr optimist might be able to help, he's out and about down south a lot.

@Hoyal thanks!! Good to know. I'll be bringing the teardrop in anticipation of some snow/lingering cold weather effects.

Mostly just trying to get a decent set up. It's confusing with all the different types of coax and antennas.

They both either are or have run the wis on flex antenna. I run the same one. It is great for the colorado terrain.

Any ideas for a trasharoo solution for those without a tire swingout?

I've seen people mount them on the tailgate, but i would bet that the paint is beyond fucked after driving for a little while and then the tailgate won't go down.

I've used a 5 gal bucket with lid in the bed, just have to remember to close it all the way... I remembered that about 16 miles down the white rim after having baja fun, looked in the mirror and saw the bucket sans lid rolling around. Spare food, garbage and rib bones playing hide and seek among my camping items.

I guess i need to get @3378jakesr5 to build a ladder that I put on the back burner when he gets done playing around with his contraption.
