I didn't like gin cuz of that same reason. But mixed with sprite and fresh limes it takes that taste away. Gin sneaks up on my though. I drank tons of it in Korea (and so soju haha )

I am but I'm in a 3rd gen runner. 23rd of Dec 15 my truck literally died in the parking lot of Toyota Puyallup. 15 min till closing. I told the salesman that I need a new battery and Alternator. He told me that were closing in 15 minutes. I told him I'll have it by then. He told me good luck. So, I proceeded outside and disassembled the both and was back in the counter by 10 min. Dude was shocked and gave me my new parts.

So now I have a new Genuine Toyota battery and alt. I ordered my TACOMA GEN 1 DUAL BATTERY TRAY, WITH IBS BATTERY MANAGER AND BOOSTER RELAY 2 weeks into December 2015. Now I have to order my Odyssey 35-PC1400 battery. Then I end up buying a Victron BMV-700 Battery Monitor. This setup is awesome and I can monitor my house battery when going camping and overlanding.

The company I bought the Dual Battery System and tray was Columbia Overland in Bend,OR.

The battery was purchased @ 4 wheel parts online.

They do wear kinda quick, it's a fairly soft compound. But they're the grabbiest tire I've ever run. Clean well, steer well, not overly noisy... I love em.

That's the tire all the high school hillbillies back home are running. I figured since they ran them they were probably noisy as hell (that's what they like), cheap, and shitty.

    They look cool.

They're effective as feck. I'm running them stock size and hanging with a dude with 40s in the snow, and literally driving circles around 35s. Like, oh, you got stuck? I'll just drive around you in the powder to pull you out. It's ridiculous.

In fact, they're grippy enough that I can't spin my tire in high range unless I get high centered.

Im running old man emu coils and dakar springs with 5100s. I plan on going to mid travel next year so I will need new uca for sure. At the moment I'm budgeting out other.mods.that I can use this summer. I need tires regardless so that's the hard choice. Pay now or later. Also with 285s they suck up your power, and later on i do plan to regear and get locked up but not in the next year for sure. All signs point me toward running skinnies.

I will be soon as I buy the batteries. Have the ato tray and bluesea controller already. Just been waiting on battery purchase.

Check Amazon for batteries as well. They surprisingly are cheaper than a lot of places I've seen and their warranty/return on batteries was pretty good too
