    got my kit and installed the dome and map lights tonight.

    is it me, or do these map lights throw a lot more glare in my face than the stock bulb? and the dome light, all the light comes from a little square in the middle instead of the whole reflector/diffuser ? or should I have installed the dome light facing up into the reflector? I didn't do that cuz it seemed like the LED square would block a lot of the reflection.

    The LED is going to be brighter than the factory bulb so therefor it's going to throw a brighter beam. The dome light goes facing down, not up toward the reflector.

    I pushed my map lights all the way in, so the end LED isn't as close to the lens/diffuser cover, and there's a lot less glare. :cool:

    I noticed both of my plate light LEDs were flickering after a long drive. Not sure if it's a connection issue or vibration causing the problem. I have some new directional LEDs with a built in lens, so I'm going to try them. At first look they are less blue and seem to be a better plate light.
